We aim to turn WIC benefits that go unredeemed each year into food on the table for families. We want the ecosystem that supports WIC families to have access to scalable, human-centered technology.

We envision a world where families of all backgrounds can redeem all of their WIC food benefits in a way that respects their time, dignity, and culture. We're building modern, scalable, cross-state software for everyone in the WIC ecosystem to make navigating WIC easier.
Our Impact
At Lulo, our digital infrastructure is reducing barriers to food access, tackling the time tax on caregivers, and reimagining benefits systems in a scalable, human-centered way.
Built with over 100 WIC families, the Lulo app leverages participatory design principles to build an impactful and delightful tool.
Families using Lulo show increases in WIC benefits redemption of 12% and over 90% report significant time savings. On average families save 27 minutes per WIC shopping trip thanks to Lulo.
